To give this newly purchased home a modern organic design, the dark wood porcelain was replaced with a white oak engineered wood plank throughout including the stair case which was redone completely. A new glass rail with a redesigned bottom stair level is contrasted beautiful with matte black hardware and allows a clear view to the beautiful backyard. The balcony which was previously curved is now squared for a more functional and modern aesthetic.

The living room is fit with a custom designed electric fireplace and wine feature wall. On the opposite wall custom mouldings and white oak framing create a grand entry for the dining room to the right of the foyer.

Custom white oak wood features highlight the ceiling recesses and add dramatic height to the space. Wood veneer wallcovering accentuates the dining room ceiling.

The kitchen was remodeled using existing cabinetry with strategic changes to the color, mouldings, and hardware with a new hood and lighting. A dramatic waterfall island and marble backsplash finish this space.

The family room features a custom designed slat wall media unit. All bathrooms were updated with new wallcoverings, lighting, and mirrors. The entire home was painted with new furniture, light fixtures, and accessories throughout.

This major renovation consisted of a complete gut job of the interior and upgrade to exterior lighting, pavers, paint, furniture, and landscaping.

A beautiful heavily veined countertop and navy blue hood with gold strapping continues the drama found in the dining room millwork. The millwork is a custom combination of white oak and navy blue wood complimented with gold mirrors and linen ring chandelier.

This home was completely gutted with a new space plan made for entertaining family and friends. With a double island kitchen, music and wine filled living room, dining room with floor to ceiling custom bar, and family room custom millwork, the clients wanted an open floorplan.

This weekend villa was reimagined to reflect its yacht club location — clean coastal lines, breezy organic textures, and a sophisticated refined palette that feels equal parts luxury and relaxation.

This is the second home that was designed for these repeat clients.

From custom built-ins to paneling and trim, it’s the subtle detail that transforms a room from ordinary to extraordinary.

With custom millwork at the forefront of this design, highlights include shiplap with a hidden door to the master bedroom, game room ceiling beams which match the beautiful walnut frame around the bar and the master bedroom wall feature wall.

The 3 bathrooms were designed using an upscale yet earthy palette that feels both grounded and indulgent.

Natural light shines onto the stone, wood, and organic textures bringing a sense of calm and connection to the elements.

The master bathroom layout was reimagined for more function and aesthetic. The powder bath that once had no storage or countertop now has excess in the best way.

The kitchen is a sophisticated navy and white with a new pantry and bar to entertain.

Finishing of this design is all new flooring, paint, both functional and decorative lighting.

This stunning transformation is all about contrast and balance. Starting with the kitchen, a show-stopping leathered finish quartzite became the star of the show. With it’s waterfall edges, the island was extended both horizontally and vertically to create more of a visual presence and more usable counterspace. The existing cabinetry was painted black and a new streamlined hood replaced the bulky previous hood. A bold marble and brass backsplash, gold farm sink, and beautiful pendant lights add to the drama of this new space. The open floor plan leaves the kitchen open to the family room across where a modern linear media unit in beautiful wood and brass is complimented with black ceiling beams. New elegant floor to ceiling window shears give a tailored finish to the room. The breakfast area has it’s own focal feature in the wall niche with new metallic painted wallcovering and the most gorgeous live edge artisan created walnut ledge. Lastly, the dining room located right off the main entrance and the first visual of the home, features black and brass furniture and antique chandelier with striking forest green natural cork wallcovering as a backdrop and ceiling cover. Custom credenza was built into the wall niche and is accessorized with a collection of wine on brass holders.

Guest bathroom full renovation.

This house is the perfect example of not always having to start from scratch. This renovation was about keeping things that worked and elevating the design to create a refreshed and cohesive look.

We had furniture with great bones, a kitchen with a great layout, and colors that the clients love to use for inspiration.

The anchor of the design is a brand new maple and stainless steel staircase which is like an art piece in the center of the home.

We completely resurfaced the kitchen with a steely blue and white palette, painted the entire home, added new recessed and decorative lighting, and custom millwork. New laundry room maple cabinetry and powder bath refresh complete this new contemporary design with the clients’ personality reflected.

Floor to ceiling renovation. With a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, it was doubled in size. Interior drywall partitions were removed to create a completely open floorplan.The kitchen was planned to entertain, fitting the family’s lifestyle.

At 11’ long and almost 6’ wide we have zero seams and seating for at least 7. The black fireclay farm sink and black appliances compliment the black island and contrast the white oak floors beautifully 💫 Herringbone backsplash tile all the way to the ceiling creates the perfect backdrop to this open floor plan. A hidden bar cabinet keeps liquor from site. The laundry room was designed to compliment the kitchen. New white oak porcelain wood tile is used throughout for a consistent and cohesive design.

This 4 year whole house renovation started with the need to add an extra bedroom for a blended family. A 2 story living room that used to be full of wasted space.. with a two story ceiling, off centered fireplace and formal furniture, was completely unused. The two story ceiling was closed up, as an extra bedroom and loft space were added upstairs for the teenagers in the family adding much needed usable square footage.

The living room has now become a versatile space that the whole family loves, complete with loads of custom features including a floor to ceiling upholstered banquette, bar area with refrigerator and ice maker, parsons style bar table, black shiplap fireplace that now feels centered, and lighting to take you from daylight to moonlight.

The kitchen was renovated to be more functional, by removing the low soffit we added an extra row of cabinetry, a new larger island was made, and a modern farmhouse aesthetic was created.

Right off the kitchen, custom box beams accentuate the family room ceiling and compliment the new media wall.

The master bathroom was completely reconfigured from a compartmentalized and awkward space to a new wet room style layout fit with all the bells and whistles, new custom cabinetry and an enclosed toilet room.

Upstairs bedroom for twin daughters was also remodeled. All new flooring throughout, new stair rails, new paint, and lighting completed this remodel.

The existing laundry room was converted to a new cabana bathroom with a laundry closet in the hall and additional washer and dryer in the garage.

Lastly, 2 more guest baths and master bedroom were remodeled to finish off this renovation.

Floor to ceiling remodel turned this home that no longer fit the client’s casual cool vibe into a showcase for her personality 😎 Aesthetics are always the obvious. First, opening up this kitchen was a total game-changer. Bringing in light, flow, and a sense of connection to the entire space, the soft green tile adds just the right touch of color and texture, grounding the clean lines and modern finishes with a fresh, natural feel.

Two custom details were added. A custom slat wall to add visual interest and separation of space in the family room. A custom washer dryer built in replaced the old washer dryer closet for better flow and function.

New wood look tile porcelain flooring and wood baseboard throughout, fresh skim coated walls and ceilings, new lighting, and new doors complete this renovation.

Top to bottom whole house gut job transformation. No room was left original. All walls and ceiling were skimcoated and all new recessed lighting was added in every room. Starting with a very awkward enclosed kitchen being transformed into a very usable showpiece. White oak wood is contrasted with matte white cabinetry complimented with brass and black hardware. A 12’ island with waterfall edges created a perfect gathering place, serving place, workspace you name it space. Check out the beautiful @cambriasurfaces quartz countertops.. you can actually feel the embossed veins in this collection 😍 The white oak flooring almost melts into the cabinetry for a seamless blend.

For the beautiful staircase, white oak treads with custom square noses and risers were fabricated to match the main flooring and contrasted beautifully with linear black iron railing. The previously dry walled loft was opened up to continue the railing onto the second floor.

That awkward niche under the stairs is a golden opportunity to design something special. This little nook was perfect for a mini bar. Gold and silver brushed lava stone with the most perfect iridescent sheen covers the interior walls to finish off this little gem.

The master bathroom was extended and completely reconfigured to become a wet room with a single level walk in shower. Beautiful herringbone flooring to contrast with the veined floor to ceiling porcelain walls.

Ocean front town home complete interior renovation. Sleek,modern, open design transformed a dark and uninviting space. Gorgeous blue quartz waterfall island with large scale lighting in the kitchen created an instant wow factor off the front foyer. New large format polished porcelain throughout with complete transformation of the kitchen, stair case, powder, and guest baths.

Do you love the marble and onyx classic mosaic masterpiece as much as I do? The gorgeous flowing quartz countertops and the hood with its custom made recessed chimney are also pretty stunning 🤩 We took this kitchen from a cramped space with no logical focal point and old thermafoil cabinets to a spacious luxurious gathering place for this family to enjoy. With an extra 4 feet that we took from the adjacent oversized garage, existing marble flooring had to be matched, new lighting added and reconfigured, and electrical, plumbing, and a/c lines relocated..

This “new” home was completed in time to enjoy the holidays 🎄Modern and clean yet cozy and warm ❤️💚 The floorplan was completely reconfigured to create one open space with the kitchen flipped to face the opposite direction. New flooring was laid, walls and ceiling was skim coated and painted, new LED recessed lighting was added throughout. In the kitchen, a contrasting blend of white and gray shaker cabinetry was used to create as much storage as possible and a coffee bar area. A soft jade glass floor to ceiling backsplash creates a visually stunning focal wall. A 10’ long waterfall island provides ample seating.

The living room includes new furniture and a custom media unit. New furniture in the dining room and foyer as well completes the new design.

Brady Bunch kitchen brought into the 21st century. We created an open floor plan by removing obtrusive walls and reconfigured the layout to include a large peninsula perfect for gathering. The sunken floor is now one level finished with warm waterproof wood to compliment the two tone kitchen.

No detail was overlooked in this kitchen renovation. From outdated to glam, the client wanted sparkle and wow. With glass mosaics all the way to the ceiling, gorgeous Cambria luxury quartz countertops, and a glowing silver travertine island, this kitchen was given new life. Glass cabinetry provides a display case for the client’s Italian glass collection. A beautiful custom blown glass light fixture was imported from Canada and staggered on site.

The dining room features custom artwork by artist Dalia Kantor and was wrapped in a beautiful metallic wallcovering. Custom window treatments finished off the modern glam space.

Complete kitchen renovation from an outdated and closed in space to an open, updated, and clean design.  Starting with the removal of the partition wall that separated the kitchen from the family room, a new layout was then designed. The original layout was disjointed and dysfunctional. With the re-positioning of the refrigerator and all cooking appliances, more efficient zones were created. A gas line was brought into the kitchen for an even greater cooking experience. The huge L-shaped counter height island with seating for 7, now replaces the old window pass through that used to house a small bar height bar with seating for 3. Beautiful misty carrera caesterstone quartz was used for a classic and durable counter surface perfect for prepping and large gatherings.  A new lighting layout was also designed with the addition of beautiful industrial nickel pendants.  The home was given a fresh new paint color to further update the look. The original ceramic tile was replaced with all new vintage engineered wood flooring. New LED recessed lighting all throughout the home completed our update. 

Heron Bay upgrades... Outdated kitchen transformed into a grand white bright chef's kitchen. Complete with top of the line Viking appliances and a custom range hood. Reconfiguration for optimal efficiency and polished nickel pendant lighting added. Brand new luxury Cambria quartz Ironsbridge pattern is complimented with a modern stainless steel farm sink with sparkling polished nickel hardware on the shaker style cabinetry. Also redesigned was the adjacent bar, family room, and breakfast area. Existing family room media wall was demolished and remade to a more streamlined design. New lighting and accessories throughout. The laundry room was upgraded to have the same matching cabinetry, hardware and countertops as the kitchen. Jack and Jill child's bathroom and his and hers masters were upgraded with new countertops, sinks, and faucets.

Investment Property Renovation… complete head to toe gut job!

Starting with the kitchen, what a night and day difference...we truly let the light shine in ☀️ Created a completely open floor plan by removing walls and reconfiguring the kitchen layout.. scraped popcorn and freshly skim coated ceilings.. New flooring, lighting, and paint throughout. Guest bath and Master bath ADA compliant transformation finish off the new renter-ready property.

Never underestimate the power of good design! This investor renovation was almost a complete gut job. New roof, new windows and doors, landscape, lighting and fixtures, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and master bedroom rebuilt from the studs.

Located right off the front entry, the new lounge space used to be the dining room..but for greater function and to create a more inviting first impression, we turned the room into a new version of a loungey living room with the addition of new recessed lighting. Meant to actually live in, the furniture arrangement is conversational and the geometric patterned bar cabinet hides all the fun stuff. We highlighted the client’s photography collected in Greece with pops of blues and teals.

Starting with the space planning, I reoriented the way my clients were utilizing the space, including the placement of the kitchen and cable for tv watching. From ground up, we replaced all of the outdated ceramic flooring with a large format porcelain tile, modernized the paint color, installed a brand new bright white kitchen, huge custom zebrano wood media wall, new transitional furniture, new custom window treatments, and new lighting. 🤩

This design was made with entertaining in mind. The perfect place to gather with friends and family, this foyer and wine room design is complimented with custom millwork and a mix of materials. Acrylic, gold, and silver shine topped with warm wood beams and a massive marble wine wall.

Family room transformation

The homeowners, who are native Canadians, wanted to create a cozy space that had that northern ski lodge chic vibe that they love so much with warm wood and comfy furniture for the kids. Scale and contrast are everything here. Custom stained walnut wood contrasted with white lacquer and the perfect blend of stacked stone, this design brings big impact from floor to ceiling. Layered textures and pops of green finishing touches.

Both modern and cozy, this custom designed home office is perfect for working and lounging. Wall to ceiling millwork has a desk large enough to accommodate two people with a modern futon sofa for taking siestas as needed.

Your home office should inspire you. When designing this custom space, hobbies, collections ,and favorite teams were all given their place to shine. A sleek dark walnut wood and stainless steel desk is masculine and sophisticated for this executive. Custom barn doors, seating for visitors and super cool lighting finish the space.

Traditional home library custom millwork design. The request was for a formal white design to compliment the existing presidential patterned carpet. My design Incorporated arches, raised moulding, and extruded columns with multilayered crown moulding and tons of LED lighting. This design is super functional, formal, and traditional but still very clean

Home office design for a bad ass girl boss and her business partner. Blurring the outdoors with the indoors, the office opens to a private balcony furnished to create flexible working options with her corporate branding tied in. This room is flooded with natural light, custom built ins, custom lighting, and fun bright textures and patterns.

I love this transformation. When I first saw this home office, it was like a cave... super dark and not functioning very well for my client who is a chief officer in a large company. This office is used for video conferencing with clients all over the world from home, so the space needed to be more functional as well as more modern to reflect my client’s taste.The previous owners had very ornate wall paneling covering the room, which we removed. We also had a really great built in which we were able to modify with a new finish, new hardware, and new flat paneled doors to replace the Roman columns. New high quality carpet in a modern pattern both looks amazing and provides acoustical insulation for calls. New sit/stand desk and guest sofa finish off this design. We did leave the gorgeous custom carved wood doors…

Earthy textures, natural materials, and of course mixed metals were used to create the relaxing vibe these empty nesters wanted in their vacation condo.

With my client approaching her senior years, the decision was made to completely renovate her Boca Raton two bedroom condo, into a home that would accommodate her current as well as future needs. To help my client to live independently and safely in her home for the rest of her life, we removed all carpet and transitions to have seamless flooring. The kitchen was completely opened up to the family room and recessed lighting was added creating a bright and open space. Both the guest and master bath were fitted with ADA grab bars at toilets, bathtubs, and the now zero entry master shower. Beautiful antimicrobial quartz countertops compliment the white cabinetry in all areas. Old popcorn was removed from the ceilings and all walls were reskimmed and painted after many years of damage. Vintage furniture that had been passed through the family for years was refinished and reupholstered with new artwork and decorative lighting to finish this cozy coastal condo design.

bright fun colors and super cool custom dartboard for this little man cave. A soft rug and giant bean bags are all that’s needed for seating here...most importantly waterproof wood replaced the carpet for ultra durability and wall to wall custom storage for toys will keep this room organized .

Classic Multi Purpose Room.  This Parkland home had a large laundry and storage room that had originally been part of an addition.  The room was given a new space plan and redesigned to accommodate for multiple functions in the home.  From concept to completion, this classic design includes custom millwork,  a large custom barn door, carefully selected furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting. This room besides being beautiful, now functions as a home office, laundry room with hidden ironing board, large farmhouse sink, and houses a second refrigerator for food storage. 

Small on square footage, big on design.... We created a bedroom space for a special little girl out of an addition that had been made on this waterfront home by its previous owners. The room had a full wall of old french doors that didn't do justice to the gorgeous water views right outside. We transformed the partition into drywall for privacy and added the most gorgeous distressed aqua barn doors. A work of art in their own right and a grand entrance to this bedroom. The design is in the details here, from the gold flecked animal skin rug to the mother of pearl light fixture to the study area complete with reclaimed wood wallpaper. New plantation shutters and a softer paint color finished up this rustic glam design.

Modern Parisian inspired master bathroom renovation. Updated aesthetic and better storage with custom cabinetry in the water closet around the smart toilet, dramatic veined matte porcelain countertops, and large scale floral porcelain shower tile remniscent of a Parisian garden.

Newlywed couple treated themselves to a master bathroom renovation. Turning a very outdated and cramped space into an oasis with a huge his and hers vanity, a giant marble and glass shower full of all the bells and whistles, and a luxurious freestanding jetted bathtub.

Beautiful shades of soothing ocean blues complimented with crisp white gave this teen bathroom a fresh new vibe. Custom center storage tower provides ample storage for two sisters and a new shower replaced the underwhelming bathtub.

Who doesn’t love a good herringbone… In this golden glam design, we upgraded everything from the finishes, to the function with better lighting and electrical outlets, a wider bathtub, and even switched out rickety pocket doors to barn doors at each entrance..

Bathroom remodel for a very special girl who just came home for the first time since leaving for college ❤️ Classic marble flooring pairs perfectly with the dramatic porcelain large format shower tile. A transitional style vanity with a crisp quartz top creates a space that will last through many design trends.

Bathroom updates. Outdated bathrooms given a new look. Blending the new design with the existing travertine flooring of the home for a seamless blend. New layouts established for better flow in the home. 

Family bathroom makeover.  The outdated, dysfunctional, and tired family bathroom was given a mature update.  Old ceramic tile was replaced with a patterned cement and complimented with shiny chrome accents throughout.  The 70's yellow is now a sophisticated gray. New dove gray cabinetry was configured to fit 2 sinks instead of 1 and topped with a durable quartz top, to make mornings easier for this family.  The drop ceiling over the vanity was removed and replaced with modern lighting. 

This teen bathroom was designed with lifestyle in mind.. White on white custom makeup table with makeup mirror, plenty of storage and lighting. Previously divided at the toilet room with a partition wall, this bathroom is now large and roomy with no division. Glam carrera look porcelain and herringbone marble shower contrasting with dark gray porcelain flooring.

Starting with the master bath and new his and hers vanities with gorgeous Cambria crystal quartz counter tops. New lighting, window treatments and new accent wall surrounding the bath tub created a more elegant vibe. Each vanity features a tall framed mirror surrounding by marble mosaic tiles taking this design all the way to the ceiling. 

The cabana powder bath was given a dramatic flair with a geometric patterned painted cork wallcovering. The existing vanity was refinished to a bright off white color and topped of with the most gorgeous white macaubus stone. 

The first daughter's bathroom was extremely short on space, so the original door was replaced with a more functional barn door and the original pedestal vanity was replaced with a newer more updated white shaker vanity and glamorous calacatta marble top. 

The son's bathroom with the identical original pedestal vanity also received an updated vanity with more storage and a masculine quartz top. 

Daughter number two lucked out and got the leftover Cambria quartz from the Master to top off her existing white vanity. 

The powder bath is always the place for big personality. By replacing the busy brown speckled granite top with a nice clean white quartz, the focus was shifted to this gorgeous pink watercolor wallpaper.  Accents of geometric gold metals complete this transformation...

From slate stone and harsh reds to soothing creams and grays. This powder bath features an electric toilet, gorgeous Cambria crystal quartz and transitional style porcelain tile.

Master bathroom renovation. Dark grays contrasted with crisp white and rustic wood are complimented with geometric shapes and mixed metals creating a modern farmhouse feel. Two sisters and 1 bathroom = symmetrical custom designed vanity with two sinks, two makeup mirrors, and two crystal pendants. Dark gray patterned cement floor balanced with white quartz countertops and classic white shower. Previously divided with a partition, this is now one roomy bathroom.

Shades of deep green and gray with crisp contrasting white...designer tip ~ we always take the shower tile to the ceiling for a more dramatic effect, especially with frameless glass allowing the shower to be the star of the show.

To create a larger feel in this master bath, we used light cabinetry, frameless clear shower glass, added lots of new bright lighting, brought the mirror all the way to the ceiling, and opened up the linen closet for open shelving. The patterned floor brings the drama and my client’s own photography adds a personal touch to the space.

When you don’t love a room, it turns into a catch-all. A space that you don’t even look at anymore, but ends up holding all of your stuff. You close the door and forget that it exists.

We breathed new life into this guest room by creating a custom built-in with Murphy bed (did you see those chevron doors?? ) desk, drawer storage, and open display amd combined it with some new and existing furniture that we revamped. New plantation shutters area rug, and ceiling fan and ta-da! My client has a room that she loves again.

A master renovation that started with a need for space.

This master bedroom blends clean lines, natural textures, and earthy tones to capture the essence of hotel-style relaxation — without ever leaving home. Custom millwork provides extra storage space to double as an extra closet.

In the en suite bathroom, the shower was reconfigured and made larger to now include a custom seat, shower niche, and handheld with lots of natural light flooding in. Custom cabinetry designed for extra storage both above the vanities and in the toilet room. Gold toe kicks, jacuzzi bathtub, and marble mosaic tile create a luxurious spa like feel.
